All items received before 3PM will be shipped the same business day. After 3PM your order will be shipped the following business day. We offer 5 Shipping Service Options:

• Ground Service - Shipping charges for individual items range from $6 to $12, depending on the size of the gift and ultimate location. Ground deliveries average 3 to 5 Business Days, after your order ships. To ensure your order arrives on time, please allow at least one week lead-time when selecting Ground Service. Ground Service is the most economical option and works well when you do not have an urgent delivery deadline.
• UPS 2nd Day Air - Charges range from $10 to $30. Your order will be scheduled to arrive 2 Business Days after it ships.
• UPS Next Day Air Saver - Charges range from $10 to $60. UPS Next Day Air Saver offers guaranteed on-time delivery by 3:00PM the next business day after shipment.
• UPS Next Day Air- Charges range from $15 to $80. UPS Next Day Air offer guaranteed on-time delivery by 10:30AM the next business day after shipment..
• UPS Next Day Air Early AM - Charges range from $50 to $100. Your order will arrive by 8:00AM the next business day after shipment.

Returns/Exchange Policy

S.USA products may be returned within 30 days of purchase with receipt for full refund or exchange. Shipping is not refundable and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the consumer. Please keep original box to ensure easy shipment. Thank you.
